Procreate Landscape Painting Party, Sep 24th, Sat 3pm

Rediscover your creative side by painting this mesmerising mountain landscape using procreate! You need not have painted/drawn on an ipad before as this is a completely beginner friendly workshop and the artist will be guiding you step by step.. If you've been wanting to paint on your ipad but don't know where to get started, join in! Learn the basics of creating layers, using and editing brushes, creating effects and a lot more. All you need is an ipad with procreate installed on it, an apple pencil and lots of enthusiasm to learn!

About the Instructor: Sai Priya Mahajan is an Indian Contemporary Artist who recently won the Outstanding Watercolor Award at the Boldbrush Contest. An engineering graduate from IIT Bombay, she has now exhibited in India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chandigarh) as well as internationally (NY, Philadelphia - USA, Toronto-Canada, Taipei-Taiwan) and is part of several Art Associations including the International Watercolor Society, Philadelphia Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, USA and a lifetime member of the Art Society of India. Sai loves to share the joy of painting by teaching various art forms and has conducted many art workshops in the past.

Ages: workshop is for adults but kids 10yrs+ who are comfortable using devices and can keep up with a fast pace also join in.

Rough Schedule

First 5 mins: Intro & Demo

Next 1.5 hrs: Drawing & Painting the landscape

Next 15 mins: Techniques, Tricks & Tips

Last 5 mins: Wrap up & photos

Material: You need an iPad, procreate app and apple pencil/stylus compatible with and connected to your ipad. *Please make sure you have installed/purchased procreate and it is ready to use before the scheduled workshop. There will be no time to do this during the workshop. And that both your iPad and your apple pencil are fully charged to 100% before the start of the session and also connected to the internet. These are mandatory requirements for the workshop.

Also, even though we might not need this, you may keep a couple of rough papers and a pen/pencil handy in case you want to draw something on a paper or write down tips at some point.

Please be ready with all required materials at least 5-10 mins before the start of the session.

To simplify communication, please register using the participants name and phone number (on which whatsapp is functional). Please note the all timings are in IST (which is GMT+5:30hrs).

Late entries are not allowed. Please familiarise yourself with Zoom and its usage so you can join in on time, and have no trouble during the session. We will be sending you a link 10 mins before the start of the session, on whatsapp, on the number you provided during registration. You can join in to the session through that Zoom link.

Important T&C: The ticket price is per user per session. For example, if two people are attending using one login, please pay for 2 people. Participant has to keep their video on during the session. This ticket is valid only for the said date and time and cannot be used for other workshops. Video recording of workshop is not included. Non-refundable. Tickets once booked, cannot be cancelled/ rescheduled/refunded.
